The Bones Club – Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy

The Bones Club has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of sexual exploitation of minors.
We are committed to protecting children and young people online, and we work to ensure our platform is a safe and respectful space for everyone.

1. Prohibited Content & Conduct

We strictly prohibit:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Sexual solicitation, grooming, or exploitation of minors.
• Any communication or behavior of a sexual nature with persons under the age of 18.

We took measures to not be disable all these threats by not having custom profile pictures or pictures sharing inside the app.
Dog specifics like race / breed are not defined in peoples profile. Your current location and email address will not be shared with other users either.

2. Reporting to Authorities

Any suspected CSAM or sexual exploitation of a minor found on our platform will be immediately reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including:

• Meldpunt Kinderporno (Netherlands)
• Local and/or international law enforcement agencies as required by law.

3. Prevention & Moderation

• Our app does not allow public posting of personal photos of users or their dogs.
• All user-generated content is monitored automatically, and any reports are reviewed promptly and acted upon.
• Users found violating this policy will be immediately banned forever and reported to authorities if needed.
